Diane B. Robison – Owner – Above All Grand Salon and Spa
My passion and mission since I opened in 1979 was to offer my clients beauty from head to toe, a salon you can be pampered and get the finest products our industry offers, and a highly educated staff. Above All Grand Salon and Spa now has a 9000 square foot salon and spa where clients can come in for the day or whatever your schedule allow, Above All has something for everyone.
1974 – Graduated from Ardom’s Beauty School, Beaver PA.
1979 – Became Owner of first hair salon, Twin Scissors.
1979 – 1987 Established 7 Salons under the Twin Scissors’ name.
1992 – Established Above All Grand Salon in 1200 sq. ft. space in Wexford Plaza.
1993 – Relocated Above All Grand Salon to 3000 sq. ft. in the Wexford Plaza.
1999 – Expanded business to include spa services, creating Above All Salon and Spa, adding 800 sq. ft.
2007 – Above All Salon and Spa relocated to 9000 sq. ft. in a new annex building within the Wexford Plaza complex, offering massage, skin, nail, and beauty services from head to toe.
Education has been yearly since 1974, and studies have been with world-renown academies in Los Angeles, Hawaii, Washington D.C., Boston, Toronto, New York City, and London.

Our Passion has allways been hair, fashion, and interior designing, and I followed my dream to have a full service salon and spa. The beauty industry has been very exciting for me durring the past 36 years, and I still love it as much as I did on day ONE!
Amy - Esthetician- Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Amy has been practicing esthetics since 1996. She studied skin care, facial peels, make up applications, and advanced waxing techniques in Sarasota Florida. Amy Began working for Above All in 2000 and has previous experience in both spa and medical settings. She specializes in all forms of waxing, including Brazilian waxing, and loves to perform microdermabrasion on clients to truly see their skin texture change. She spends her off time with her son, and hiking with her two dogs.
Chet – Massage Therapist- Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Chet’s journey to massage therapy started as a client. He has been hooked ever since. He has over 8 years experience, a Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy Graduate, he has also been trained in the art of Reiki, Myofacial, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, and Holistic Reflexology. Chet embraces the true of spirit of the healing power of massage. His goal is to create a relaxing, and lasting experience for each and every client.
Leslie – Esthetician – Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Leslie has been an esthetician for 13 years with previous experience in medical settings including plastic surgeons. Leslie holds a Master’s Certificate in Microdermabrasion combined with PCA peel facials for optimal, instant results. Leslie is also a certified make up artist byJane Irdale and performs both face and body waxing. Leslie loves providing skin care services as it is her goal to make people look and feel better.
Marc – Nail Technician – Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Marc graduated from South Hills Beauty School in 2000 and continued his education in PA, Ohio, Florida and Nevada. Marc has been certified in pedicures through OPI, and Spa Pedicures by Essie, Body Glitter Art Tattoos by American Body Art. Marc specializes in Natural Nail Manicures/Pedicures and free hand nail art.
Cher – Nail Technician - Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Cher graduated from North Hills Beauty Academy in 1997, she continued her education with Tammy Taylor acrylic and OPI Axxium Gels. Devoted to the artistry of her profession Cher enjoys meeting and making all clients feel comfortable and welcome. Her spare time is spent with her son and of course her animals…
David - GM/Consultant – Above All Grand Salon and Spa
- Graduated from the Art Institute 3rd in class, Multi Media Marketing 1991
- Robert Morris University 1996: English Education/Communications
David has been involved with salon operations since 1998. Working as Regional Director for well known chain then doing the same for a certain department store. David joined Above All in 2010, bringing his many years of HR, sales, and marketing with him. He truly loves watching people grow and succeed.
Luanne – Nail Technician – Above All Grand Salon and Spa Luanne has been with Above All for 22 years. A 1987 Graduate of Cosmetology School, she joined Above All and has never looked back. Luanne is the manager of the nail department and has a dedicated following, she excels with manicures and pedicures, and also is certified in AXXIUM Gels, Minx Nail Art, and Gel tips and fills. In 1995 Luanne studied and became licensed in massage therapy, she is also available for waxing ( face and Body) and ear candling. She loves treating her clients to a “wow” experience
Cynthia is a licensed medical esthetician with a career spanning over 30 years. Her post training after cosmetology school began in New York City at the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics and the Dermal Institute in Washington D.C. After relocating to Pittsburgh with her family 19 years ago, she has worked for cosmetic and plastic surgeons specializing in chemical peels.Cynthia has been employed at Above All since 2006 and enjoys pampering her clients with facials, educating them about skin care and has a passion for brow waxing and design.
Kelli- Esthetician- Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Kelli is a licensed Esthetician certified in skin care techniques and makeup artistry from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. She is also an advanced educator for Nufree Nudess, a wax free soya based hair removal product and certified by Bella Technologies in Microdermabrassion. She has been practicing Esthetics in the skin care industry for 8 years. She has received extensive training at The Dermal Institute for European Skin Care. She is experienced in various skin care lines including, Dermalogica, Skin Ceauticals, Murad, Yon-Ka, Hylunia, PCA and Jane Iredale. Kelli’s primary focus is in body hair removal (Brazilians) and PCA Chemical peels. With an eye for achieving the perfect balance when it comes to a beautiful face, Kelli can sculpt the perfect eyebrows and paint any face for the right occasion. She does most of our bridal makeup and loves to have fun with girl’s night out and homecoming/prom makeup. When not working, Kelli enjoys spending time with her two young boys and instructing Spinning at a local gym.
Rachel – Stylist- Above All Grand Salon and Spa
With a career that spans over 10 years and 3 states Rachel comes to Above All via Alaska and New Jersey. Rachel graduated cosmetology school in Anchorage Alaska, and yes Sara Palin was right down the road. Rachel was also trained at the world renown Bumble and Bumble Academy in New York. Rachel is truly a people person who performs all services professionally and enthusiastically. Rachel spends her free time with her husband and two children.
Natalie – Stylist- Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Natalie has been with Above All for 7 years. She specializes in hair color and cutting. Natalie can also complete your look as she is certified in make up applications and spray tanning. Natalie has continued her education with Wella in Los Angeles and New York City. Natalie has a passion for the industry, excitement for knowledge, and a love for giving back to others.
GRACE- Stylist Above All Grand Salon and Spa
Grace has been in Cosmetology since a very young age. Her mother was stylist, and Grace loved what her mother did so much that she decided to follow in her footsteps. In 2008 Grace began her formal training in Cosmetology at Bella Capelli Beauty Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner School located in Robinson, PA. In April of 2009 she started as an assistant with Above All. For 8 months she personally assisted Alicia, a very talented stylist. Since April of 2010 Grace has been enjoying her career as a Stylist. Her favorite services are color, Brazilian Blow Outs, and Hairdreams Extensions. She spends her time off with her son and her family.
